| Q: | The webpage doesn't load, and I get "The page cannot be found" error. What is wrong? |
| A: | Our pages may be currently down because of website maintenance which we perform to keep the website up to date. Maintenance is done per page and not for the entire website. Therefore, it will rarely take more than an hour before the page you requested becomes available again. If this is not the case, please email technical support, or if the information you require is urgent, please visit our contact page for other means of contacting the company. |
| Q: | When I enter the website I see "Index of/" and a list of numerous filenames. What is wrong? |
| A: | The only time you would ever see this message is if we update our index page (the home page of the website). This message should never appear for longer than 30 minutes. If it appears for longer than this, please contact us immediately, via email (click here) or by phone. |
| Q: | I would like to use some of the images on your website - am I allowed to copy them? |
| A: | All material on our website is copyrighted. The material was produced by Chiltern Kitchen's and remains the property of Chiltern Kitchen's at all times. Should you wish to use material from our website, you must email Chiltern Kitchen's, clearly stating what you wish to use, the URL of your website, your contact name and telephone number.
